NEW TIME: 12-5pm

Location: Memorial Hall
(the former Harrisonburg High School)

The Harrisonburg Sustainability Summit builds on a successful Mayor’s Sustainability Summit convened on May 30, 2009. That event brought over 160 people and 60 partner organizations together for 30 breakout sessions.

Topics ranged from energy to local foods to transportation to historic preservation to land and water conservation – and November 14 will be no different!

The Sustainability Summit is your opportunity to join hundreds of people, community leaders, and organizations committed to creating more sustainable lifestyles and businesses in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham community. We will come together to share successes, create and strengthen partnerships, and explore ways to address challenges.
